With no actual applications out there to manage game saves for the old DOS game, The Elder Scrolls: Arena [www.elderscrolls.com], I decided to create one. TES Arena creates multiple files for each save, and places them all within the main game directory. This makes for a very tedious way of keeping up with saves.
Arena Gamesave Backup Utility will back up all or one game save, depending on what you choose, and allow you to restore the saves in the event you're removing the game, so you can have the saves for later
